1 Avocado
1/4 Lemon (juiced)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
4 slices Bread
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 tbsp Lemon Zest
1 tbsp Lime Zest
1 tbsp Orange Zest

Directions

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Thin slice the avocado, drizzle lemon juice, sprinkle sea salt, and everything bagel seasoning, zest of one lime, lemon, and orange.
  3. Drizzle with hot honey! & enjoy

Notes

No White Beans
Use chickpeas instead.

Likes it Spicy
Add hot sauce or chili flakes into the avocado bean mixture.
