Meet Neela our
#Postpartum HealthCoach

Neela Ghomeshi is a certified pre and postnatal nutritionist and health coach.

As your postpartum companion, Neela will work with you to honor your voice and needs. Together, you will dedicate a time and space that allows you to become a mother at your own pace.


She will focus on several different areas including understanding your baby's natural rhythms, important foods to include for breastfeeding, key times you need to prioritize self-care, and identifying baby blues vs. postpartum depression.
