Julia is simply a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen, and an all around fun person to take over your kitchen for a night (or a week, or everyday…. you get my point!!!). Tina, VegHead Chef has been my personal Chef at about 8 Wellness Retreats now. To say she is outstanding is an understatement. She has worked with any and all types of food restrictions and/or allergies and always prepares farms to table meals, using only wholesome, natural and organic ingredients. Aside from crafting beyond delicious meals, Tina is a natural with people and groups. She provides a sense of ease and comfort, and that is just what food does for us, but she provides that additionally. She has worked with group of up to 15 women and has gone above and beyond every time. I found Chef Julia randomly on the internet by searching private chefs.. I was interested in having someone cook healthy meals for my two boys ages 10 and 14. She came to our home and did a sample meal for the family and it was amazing. Julia has now been with our family for more than 3 years!! What a great find!!! She is reliable, informative, open to suggestions, creative and truly and amazing high energy person.. More than that my boys love her! She even lets them help her in the kitchen especially when she makes my younger son Chicken Parm!! If you are looking for someone to help tailor healthy menus for you and your family and want someone you can trust, Julia is the best chef out there.
